My name is Shondra, and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist at Greene Chiropractic. I graduated from the Institute of Business & Medical Careers in October 2010 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where I received my Associates Degree. During my 19 months of school, I learned the anatomy of the body, the physical and physiological effects of massage, and many techniques. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hydrotherapy, Neuromuscular, Asian Bodywork, Geriatrics, Sports, and Prenatal, Infant, & Toddler Massage. I enjoy my job because I get to meet new people and help them with their body issues. I love it when a person walks out of my room feeling a whole lot better than when they came in. It puts a smile on my face to know that my hands decreased someone's pain, stiffness, and/or soreness. I look forward to the future in my career path, and hope to share my aspects of therapeutic touch with you! I am available Monday through Friday afternoons from 12:00 till 5:00

I am trained in a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Structural, Russian Sports Massage, Accupressure, Reflexology, Hydrotherapy, Hot Stone, and specializing in Sports & Injury Massage. My goal is to not only educate my clients of the benefits of therapeutic massage, but to enhance and sustain your quality of life by providing therapeutic massage. Each session is customized to each individual client. Relaxation and pain relief will be priorities in each session, including specific work on areas of stress and injury. It is my hope that after each session, you will leave feeling noticeably better, more relaxed, and ready to engage your day with a positive attitude. Regular sessions will help contribute to better health and increased function. I am available Monday thru Friday during the evenings from 4:30PM till 8:00PM, as well as Saturday from 10:00AM till 5:00PM and Sunday from 12:00PM till 5:00PM

I became a Massage Therapist so I could help reduce or eliminate someone's temporary or chronic pain and improve their quality of life. It makes me glad to see someone leave my room feeling beter or in less pain then when they walked in. I am available Monday through Friday from 9 am till Noon and the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, as well as by special appointment.
